Reporting to the Information Security Manager, the Access Control Analyst conducts research, analyzes, and confirms end-user authentication requirements for the purpose of creating, provisioning, maintaining, and revoking network and application authentication credentials and security profiles. Assigns appropriate access utilizing Role Based Access Controls. Coordinates with appropriate personnel to document and maintain access control procedures for all information systems.  Adheres to and promotes IT Security Policies and Procedures.  Prepares detailed security reports as required.  Provides second level help desk support for network and application access.
To qualify you must have:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year IT security experience.
  • Experience creating security accounts and profiles, preparing and maintaining information security reports and administering packaged security software.  
  • Microsoft Network/Active Directory experience is required.
  • PeopleSoft Workflow and Security experience preferred.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
