Answers telephone calls of customer inquiries and promotes programs of public awareness to increase the use of Community Healthcare System services. The Call Center Coordinator also assists customers with appropriate referral information, providing healthcare related information, registering for programs and screenings.
To qualify, you must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer service setting required.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent phone presentation skills and communication skills required
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and Internet required with typing skills of 40 wpm.
  • Medical terminology and healthcare background preferred.
  • Must have good listening and organizational skills.
  • Must also have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of database management a plus.
