Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Director, Food and Nutrition Services, directs and manages the activities of a staff of assigned personnel engaged in the provision of clinical nutrition services and/or food service to patients at 2 separate facilities. Ensure the nutritional adequacy of patient menus and all activities adhere to policies, practices, and standards set forth by regulatory and licensing agencies and the hospital.
  • Master’s degree from accredited institution preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in food and nutrition, in conjunction with the Commission of Accreditation for Dietetics Education approved program.
  • Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Two to three years of progressively more responsible experience.
  • Certification with the State of Indiana.
