Works primarily as a liaison between physicians, physician office staff and Community Healthcare Partners (CHP) Leadership in support of clinical quality performance goals and contractual reporting requirements. 
    • Delivers provider education, analytical and application support as well as user assistance with quality documentation and office workflows to support evidence-based delivery of care.   
    • Establishes and manages working relationships with providers and their office staff to understand their needs and promote quality improvement within CHP. 
    • Identifies needs for ongoing education in physician offices. Participates in structured quality improvement activities, gap closure and reporting for all CHP public and commercial payer contracts.
    • Leads and performs clinical and operational analysis in an evolving data environment while collecting and studying data to reveal ways to enhance physician performance. 
    • Contributes to the preparation of information and reports that are elevated to decision makers to help make fact-based business decisions and promote optimal clinical care. 
      To Qualify You Must Have:
    • Indiana RN License required
    • Experience in either clinical quality or operational analysis with a basic understanding of healthcare system or physician office operations.
    • Experience or understanding of physician/physician office staff relationships.
    • Exceptional verbal, written communication, presentation skills, organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment with a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications; Epic electronic health record experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of clinical quality metrics, payer reporting preferred.
    • Clinical workflow analysis experience preferred.
    • Must have the ability to use cognitive reasoning to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems.
    • Position will require local travel within our physician practice network up to 30% of the time, within the business day.
