Performs clerical and secretarial functions and is accountable for obtaining data/information in support / development of clinical programs. Manages, analyzes and reports on data collection for regulatory and non-regulatory certifications. Performs functions related to research activities, special projects, and proforma development.
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in medical related field preferred
- At least 5 years clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Requires self-direction, leadership, delegation, and teaching ability.
- Communicates tactfully and effectively with staff, and other hospital departments and the public. Conveys a positive attitude and image internally and in the community.
- Ability to analyze and creatively solve issues in a proactive and positive manner. Exhibits innovative ideas for quality improvement.
- Demonstrates a professional, positive, flexible, and open minded manner with a willingness and desire to “go the extra mile”.
