Acts as first point of contact to members and clients of New Healthy Me. Answers telephone and email inquires.  Performs general clerical work as required, including preparing reports and correspondence, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents, mail outs, member contacts, etc. Inputs member data, investigates member submission discrepancies.  Updates website content as directed. 
Part-time.

To qualify you must have: 
 

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year clerical/admin experience.  Previous customer service experience required.
  • Must possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, handle multiple projects and tasks, with attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers, internet access and ability to navigate within automated systems and software applications. Strong keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
