Provides administrative support to Marketing and Corporate Communications Department. Uses word processing, database and graphics software to create reports and marketing materials.  Helps coordinate special projects, health fairs, community events and presentations supporting the hospital service lines and meeting strategic objectives. Serves on hospital committees. Facilitates the management of print projects. Organizes, updates and controls filing systems.
To qualify, you must have:
  • Bachelors Degree with degree in marketing, or related communication field and minimum of one year of healthcare or marketing experienced preferred.
  •  Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, including database management and mail merge; knowledge of graphics programs a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills necessary and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects. 
  • Must be able to create spreadsheets and analyze data. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
  • Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 
  • Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends to support special events and programming.
