Performs secretarial support to the materials management department.  Utilizes computer applications to streamline day-to-day activities, including word processing, spreadsheet, and other software to create appropriate reports and documentation.  Assists in managing projects.  Coordinates and schedules meetings.  Answers and directs incoming calls.  Greets and directs sales and service representatives.  Places orders of a routine nature as required.  Organizes, updates and controls filing systems. 
To qualify, you must have:
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Advanced proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook. 
•3-5 years secretarial experience required. Types minimum 60 wpm. 
•Understanding of purchase workflow desired; Experience in a purchasing office environment preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
•Professional telephone skills; strong customer service mindset and style.
•Good oral and written communications skills, as well as good organizational skills are required. 
•Healthcare environment work experience preferred.
