Provides support and user assistance within assigned project planning activities.  Assists in the development of business justifications and process engineering when installing or upgrading information technology.  Acts as a quality assurance agent to ensure project deliverables are meeting requirements of the business stakeholders. Understands relative value of the business aspects of clinical operations and is able to assist users to maximize the utility of the clinical systems. Acts the liaison between the user community, IT, Clinical, Corporate, and other departments as necessary.    Maintains close communications with the Director and provides status reports on a regular basis.
To Qualify you Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, business management, finance or information systems
  • \t
  • Strong knowledge in financial analysis; specifically in identifying IT investment optimization opportunity 
  • \t
  • Three years of business finance, project management, or business analyst experience
  • \t
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and financial modeling  
  • \t
  • Excellent business acumen
  • \t
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • \t
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • \t
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
  • \t
  • Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
  • \t
  • Practical experience in healthcare operations
  • \t
  • Proven skills in problem solving
  • \t
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • \t
  • Proven record of analyzing technology configuration to optimize workflow, ensure business value and maximize operational efficiency
  • \t
  • Ability and commitment to meet deadlines and cope in a fast paced environment.

  • Capable of working well in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and successfully interacting with others at all levels of the organization

  • Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor in both normal and pressure situations
